Too Many Records

Try it: Test the query. Go to Home and change the View to Datasheet. How many records do you see? This is a many-to-many relationship. Many movies have a PG13 rating. That means your combo box will show multiple G’s, R’s and whatevers.

 

Microsoft queries can be filtered by using criteria and grouping. This query will Total the fields.

Go back to the Design View.

 

Delete the Movie field:

 

You should end up with two query outputs:

Rating

 

Save your changes and test the query.
