Create a List Form

When you open the MovieTitles form, you see a basic data entry Window. There are navigation buttons at the bottom. The focus is on one record at a time.

 

Say you wanted to see a list of movie titles. How do you make a form look like a spreadsheet? Try this.

 

Try it: Change the Default Form View

Make a copy of the MovieTitles form and name it MovieTitlesList.

 

Now, open the new MovieTitlesList form in Design View.
