When you used the Button Control and  walked through the Wizard, you created an Embedded Macro. This is a new format for Microsoft Access 2007. It cannot be edited by any previous version of Access. This demonstration will show you how to review and edit the Macro.

 

Try it: Edit the Embedded Macro

Open the Switchboard in Design View.

Go to the Design ->Property Sheet.

Select the Movie Button.

 

On the Property Sheet:

Go to the Event Tab and find On Click.

Click Embedded Macro.

Do you see the three-dot builder?
