Designing for Users
Several Form Properties control what a user
can see and do. Let’s start a list of what users do and
determine which properties can reduce their mistakes.
What happens if a user closes the Switchboard? How
will they open the Customers form?
Record Selectors and Navigation Buttons
add nothing to the Switchboard. This form does not have a record
source: there are no other records. These controls are just
distracting.
Change these Form Properties.
