Defender controls what starts or runs on your computer. The Start Up
programs are listed by the software developer. How often does
the Income tax code change? Quarterly? Annually? Then, maybe the
accounting software doesn't need to Start Up and check the Internet
every 15 minutes. If you are not
certain if you need a program, you can Disable it, instead of Deleting
it from the Start up folder.
