Picture Tools How does this picture interact with the text? Is it on the words, covering them up? Under the words? What is the position?    Try it: Edit the Picture Position. Click once on the picture to select it. Notice the new Picture Tools. Select the Format tab. Look for the Arrange group. Try different Positions by sliding the mouse around.
