Grouping and Totals

How many of these movies are westerns or dramas? First, group all of the movies by the genre. Then, you can add up the titles for each group.

1. Grouping and Totals

Open the Report in Layout View

Go to the Format tab.

Click on Grouping and Totals.

 

2. What do you see? Look on the bottom of the Report for two buttons.
